With our Recruitment-as-a-Service (RaaS) offering, you can say goodbye to paying fees in full at the time you recruit someone. Instead, you’ll pay a monthly fee across a 12 month period.
So, how does it work?
You retain us by entering into a 12 month agreement for an initial £200 per month. This "base cost" includes a recruitment audit so we can help you figure out what is and isn't working. We'll also help you with things like job spec/ role profile creation, drafting job adverts and salary benchmarking - essentially anything recruitment related, except sourcing candidates. What the retainer really is, is a commitment to us as your tech recruitment partner.
The monthly fee you’ll pay will be amended if you ask us to recruit for you - the increase will be based on the projected salary of your first hire and spread across the remaining term of your contract. It will then be amended again if you choose to make any subsequent hires.
Let’s say your agreement with us commenced on 1st January and then on 25th February, you ask us to recruit a Full Stack Developer on a salary of £55,000. Your monthly payment for the next 10 months (March to December) would revert to £750.
If, after filling your first vacancy, you give us a further requirement - let’s imagine on 18th June you instructed us to recruit a QA Engineer with a salary of £40,000 - your monthly payment for the remaining 6 months of your agreement (July to December) would change to £1,417.
If on 8th September you ask us to recruit again, this time for a Product Owner with a salary of £50,000, your monthly instalment for the remaining 3 months of your agreement (October to December) would become £3,083.
It is important to understand why the cost for the second and third hires have not gone up proportionally. This is due in part to salaries differing but primarily because of the cumulative effect of adding in the additional hires across a shorter period (I.e. the remainder of the term).
Agencies typically charge 20-25% of starting salary. If you apply those percentages to the three example salaries above, you’ll see that what you pay across a 12 month period with our RaaS model, offers a significant cost saving.

Great question! One of the reasons the traditional ‘no win, no fee’ agency model is flawed is because there is usually zero commitment from the hiring company (client).
Think about other services you procure for your business. You're surely not likely to have very high expectations from a supplier if you have not given them some sort of commitment. Think about this also; which other industries can you think of where a supplier will deliver a service without any sort of commitment whatsoever from their customer?
We'll talk to you. In the same way you'd expect an internal recruiter to talk to you if they were struggling to fill a vacancy. We'll ask you to consider widening the brief or amending the parameters of the search in some way. If you decide to withdraw a vacancy, you will only pay for the time we have spent trying to fill the vacancy and your monthly fee will be amended from the following month.
In either scenario, we will find you a free replacement if the candidate leaves within their first year.
In this instance your monthly fee will be amended accordingly.

If you prefer, we can extend your agreement in order that subsequent hires can be spread over a longer duration, thereby reducing the monthly cost.
